WinXP and Win2K in same Workgroup

are WinXP. However, we have some Win2k machines also.
The WinXP machines can't see the Win2k machines in the
Workgroup.
But when I do a search against the specific Win2k
machine's NetBIOS name, the machine is found.
How can I get the workgroup to show all the members
regardless of OS, without having to search?
