wireless card

I have a wireless card on my laptop. continues to connect
and drop signal. how do I fix it

Wow - lack of information there...

Built in wireless nic or USB or PCMCIA or other?
Brand name/model number?
Have you tried contacting the manufacturer and/or installing the latest
drivers?
Drops connection everywhere or only on certain networks?

A little information goes a long way..

See, I have this car, it starts but then it dies sometime later...
