Wireless Connection

Posted: 06-29-2006, 05:54 PM
I am unable to connect to my wireless router. The computer lets me view the
router name and tells me to click to connect, but have tried and it will
never work. It is a Linksys router. Any suggestions?

Open, WEP or WPA.

I've read many reports that it only works consistently without any security.

Ironic, isn't it.

I'm currently using WPA and I have tried disabling that to where there is no
password to login and still won't connect.

I appreciate your response.

Not sure what you mean by password, (passkey?), but you set it up as an
unsecured, open system?
