Default wireless connection problem after unplug the network cable from wireless router

I just unplug the network cable from the wireless router, and plugin again.
Now the computer has wireless connection problem. I already restart the
computer but still doesn't work. Any ideas what can go wrong?? Please
advice. Thanks,

John
