I have the same problem with RC2. Doing the following worked for me.

Right click on Wireless Network Connection, and then click “Configure�.
If asked for permission to open Network Connections, click on Allow.
Highlight the following items and press the “Uninstall� button:
Link-Layer Topology Discovery Mapper I/O Driver
Link-Layer Topology Discovery Responder

and

Uncheck “Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)�
Uncheck "QoS Packet Scheduler"

All the above is probably not necessary but seems to solve the router lockup
problems.
