Wireless Issues

Hello Everyone.
This is something which has been puzzling me for a while and I was hoping one of you experienced developers could help me out
I am having a Cisco 350 Wireless Lan card in one of our thin clients with Wireless Zeo Config component in the TD. I am pretty sure I have more than 1 Wireless networks in the vicinity. But this device doesnot show me any under "Available Wireless Networks", but when I configure the SSID and other parameter, connects sucessfully to the configured network. It occassionally says "There are more than one Wireless networks available click here ..", but when I open the window it shows nothing
Has anyone seen this before??Am I missing something
Please let me know..any tip/pointer will be appriciated.
