Wireless Mouse

Posted: 06-18-2006, 01:33 PM
I am having a problem with 2 things.
One is the Microsoft Wireless mouse, The wheel scrolled does not work right.

2: I did the upgrade from XP to Vista, when I boot up it asked what
operating system I want to boot but the wireless keyboard
will not except and keys punched.

I wonder if Vista is not ready
for some things that wireless does.

re 1 - yes I have a MS wireless mouse and notice the scrolling stuff is
wierd too, esp if I scroll down and I try to scroll all the way back up in
IE.

re 2 - I just installed Vista (Public Beta 2) and am using a wireless mose
and keyboard. The wireless keyboard works fine and I use the up and down
arrow keys (+ enter) to select which OS I want to load.

I found that if i use a non wireless everything works fine.

I am sure that when frist booting
the drivers are not loaded for the wireless and therefor it will not work.

I tried to go back to the older
or XP but the screen just stays
black and nothing happins.

Good thing i did not care about
this computer and XP that was on it.

I am running Beta2

It has its little problems with
the mail porogram and it's slow
