wireless usb problem, must restart

my network about every hour or so, or under heavy traffic suddenl
stops working. its like the OS doesnt even recognize it at all. i ca
remove and replug it in without the OS recognizing a device has bee
unplugged/plugged in. the only thing that will fix it is to reboot. iv
tried uninstalling/reinstalling the software and changing the usb port
it plugs into, but to no avail. its a linksys WUSB300
