Default Wireless Zero Configuration

When I try to start Wireless Zero Configuration from the
Service screen in Admin Tools I get an error. It says the
service cannot be started. It is set up to start auto but
doesn't run.

Message:

Could not start the Wireless Zero Configuration service
on Local Computer.
Error 1068: The depency service or group failed to start.
