wma to mp3

i just got an ipod and would like my music library to be used with itunes (well, i know this is a competing format, but microsoft is not really competing on that, is it?)
itunes recognized about 25% of my music library, but the rest remains under wma. is there a way i could have it recognize everything?
i just tried to download a converter from the web, but it only converts files one by one, and it would take me forever to convert everything. so what could i do?

thanks for your help

Easy CD-DA Extractor will batch-convert files of many kinds. It is kinda
pokey, but very stable. Get it here: http://www.poikosoft.com

I have a music in Windows Media 10 in WMA format. I have a player that will
only record and play MP3. Anyone know how to change the files from WMA to
MP3?
Thank you.
