WMedia Player - turn off autoplay?

I don't want Windows Media Player to automatically start playing a CD when I
load it - in other words, I want Player to load, but not actually play the CD
until I tell it to. Is there any way to turn this off? It's so easy to deal
with in Realplayer, and it frustrates me that I have to resort to a forum to
figure out the answer to this simple question (I've already searched through
Options).

Doubleclick the My Computer icon on desktop and rightclick your
CD-Rom drive and click Properties. Click the AutoPlay tab and there
can set it to your requirements or to "Take No Action". Click Apply and OK.
