wmiprvse.exe and svchost eating 100% cpu

Each hour, for about 4 minutes, wmiprvse.exe and svchost.exe appear
together and use 100% of the cpu, each about half of it.

How can i find the service that is using the wmi,
I'm not into wmi and i have tried to solve this problem for a long
time.

Please help!
