download ImTOO MPEG Encoder late last night to convert a .mov file into a WMM
compatible format, and I downloaded Photo Story and the latest Windows Media
Player this morning. And now I'm getting this error message. I checked the
"Sound, Video & Game controllers" under the Device Manager, and everything
appears to be working fine (i.e. no yellow exclaimation marks). I checked
for the latest updates etcetc, and it still doesn't work. So what else do I
do now???
