Wmp Play list and pics

Posted: 11-29-2007, 09:56 PM
I have WMP 11.0 5721.5230. I had a music library in it and now it is gone.
When I go to add files and select files to add it does nothing.
I did from WMP help page:
To resolve this problem, clear the Windows Media Player database. To do
this, follow these steps:1. Exit Windows Media Player.
2. For Windows XP:

Click Start, click Run, type %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Media Player, and then click OK.

3. Select all files, and delete files from the file menu.
Note You do not have to delete the folders that are in this folder.
4. Restart Windows Media Player.

Note Windows Media Player automatically rebuilds the database.

Did not work, still cant add music or pics to library. There was on file
that would not delete because "it is being used by another application" of
which I have no idea what that is. The file is "CurrentDatabase_360". The
music I have is in "my music" folder and pics are in "my pictures" folder.
Can you help me? I would greatly appreciate it.
