This is a simple Window Media File and can be played bywindows own Media Player or Irfanview or Div X Player or
about a thousand other video programs. You only have to
make sure that the program that is set as you default
player is configured to open this. Put a check mark in the
box beside wmv in it's setup or try right clicking on the
wmv file and then click open with and choose Windows Media
Player. Keep smiling.

Not the free version.Only the "free" Pro version.
In any case, install only the codec.
