workgroup limitation

Is there any way to work around the 10 computer
limitation to a workgroup. I have 21 computers in a
school lab workgroup and I need all to have access to a
shared folder on one of the computers for files.

Sure, but you may not like any of the workarounds:

1. Upgrade the server to W2Kserver of W2003server.
2. Use multiple servers (3, if XP PRO), and replicate the folder.
3. Downgrade the server to W9x, preferably W98SE.
