workgroup permession

Did you run the network setup wizard on all PCs in the workgroup, if yes,
did you make sure any firewalls were disabled during setup? Also, during
the wizard, the user is asked how this computer connects to the Internet, an
incorrect response can cause the issue you describe. In most cases, the
"Gateway" response will resolve this type of issue.
