hey guys how do I open an ms-dos window with xp

Won't do you much good as anything you type goes to the Windows command processor.

But type command in Start - Run, just be aware that it doesn't accept dos 5 commands just windows NT commands (very similar but minor differences).

If you must run a dos command use this syntax (one command at a time)
command /k <dos command>

Use NT's processor - type cmd in Start Run

go to start, programs, accessories, and then command
prompt, now that i helped u, can u tell me how to delete
a logon domain?
