| Hey folks - We have a new win XP computer that we are trying to hook up to our domain. We had a problem with shared drives not starting up. Eventually I figured out that the Workstation service was not starting. I can start it manually, but when we reset the machine, it doesn't start automatically. It's set to start automatically. Q: Why isn't it starting? In the worst case scenario, can I make a command line shortcut for my user on the desktop to start the service after they log on? | Guest
