First, stop the bug from running by hitting CTRL-ALT-DELETE and
bringing up the task manager. Look for msblast.exe in the list, and
kill it. Now your computer won't shut down, but the bug is still there
and will run the next time you start your machine. Go to this URL to
find out how to get rid of it:

You can check your machine for any virus on the site of
McAfee. This is a free virusscan.

If your computer keeps rebooting, if it gives you a warning about "RPC
Failure", if it says it needs to reboot and shows you a box with a
timer counting down to reboot time, then you have Blaster.

Even if you don't have it yet - especially if you don't have it yet -
go to
http://microsoft.com/downloads/detai...displaylang=en
and download and install the patch that will keep your machine from
getting infected.

Not sure where that information is coming from. Your connection should
remain firewalled.

Kelly,

Take a look at the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article. It should
help you resolve the issue.

Kelly,

If Mike's suggestion doesn't solve your problem, click Start, Run and enter

REGSVR32 WINTRUST.DLL

In fact, try it before you try the KB article. Its easier, and it works for
the majority of users.
