WPD File System

Posted: 04-30-2007, 04:52 AM
I recently upgraded to Windows Vista and occasionally on boot-up I recieve a
message that says the drivers for the WPD File System needs to be installed.
I anwer yes update from the web and everything looks ok but when I look at
the Device Manager I see the following:

Microsoft WPD FileSystem Volume Driver

Device type: Portable Devices
Manufacturer: (WPD file system device)
Location: on UMBus Enumerator

Device Status:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft
and to see if there is a solution available.

When I "Check for solutions" nothing happens.
