Write protected files

Posted: 07-24-2003, 11:10 PM
My brother was playing around with my computer and
somehow changed all the registration files, this meant
that I had to reinstall windows. However, when I did my
original user (which was password protected) wasn't
there.

So basically now I can see the file that was my user, but
I can't do anything with it because it is write protected
and it keeps on telling me that 'Access is Denied'. All
of my driver files are in there along with all my last
semester's work. I really need all that stuff.

If anyone has any ideas then I would be more than happy
to hear from you. Cheers.
