WTF: Windows Updater Decimated My Computer

things ALREADY installed on my computer. Since it happened, My printer has
broken, and I've lost the ability to open printers/faxes folder. My
photoshop (a 600 dollar program) is now inoperable. ALL of my windows
microsoft office crud no longer works. And all because of this stupid
updater...
I've repeatedly scanned, I have no viruses or malicious spyware. The only
thing that happened when my windows broke down, was this stupid updater...
AND worst part yet, is I CANNOT recieve free help from an event CAUSED by
microsoft, they told me I must pay them 35 bucks for help...wtf.
