Re: x marks the spot

There is not much for us to go on because we don't know what you are trying
to do, but here are some guesses.

1. You get this red square when you open an e-mail. If so, right click on
the red square and click on open pictures.

2. You get this red square when you are on the Internet, if so, while on the
Internet, click on Tools on the top bar, then on Internet options, There
will be a "Delete Files..."button in the middle of the opening window. Click
on it. A small window will open for deleting off line files, accept this
offer. After these deletions, click on the Advanced tab. Scroll down in the
opening window and check "Show pictures".

If the above do not solve the problem, tell us a little bit more about how
you get the red square.
