XL2007 - auto filter incorrectly shows rows

Posted: 01-14-2009, 11:11 AM
Hi

This is excel2007. This is not like the autofilter issues I've seen
addressed on the forums here, wich usually relate to the header row...

In my case I have a few hundred rows, and if I filter by excluding one
particular value for that column, some rows right at the bottom of the sheet,
may still be displayed.

It's a very straightforward filter - the column will have a number, a blank
or the letter D. I choose the filter for the column and deselect D.
Some rows still display at the bottom, but not elsewhere in the sheet. I
have checked that all rows are being included in the filtered range.
Note: the data is formatted as a table if that makes a difference.

It may make a difference. What is the data reference of the table? And, by
the way this is a forum for Macintosh Excel, thus the .mac. In the forum
title. You may get a better answer posting to one of the Windows Excel
forums.
