You need to buy one copy of XP for each machine. In your case you need tobuy 2 more copies.

I was told I could buy another authetacation # and nothave to spend $ on new disk. But havnt had that confirmed
by MS. Thanks

You might as well buy the disks themselves. AFAIK the extra licenses costjust slightly less, and if you only have one disk - and it wears out or gets
damaged - you are out of luck.

It's $15 less that the full copy.
