XP 64bit Trial upgrade to full version

I recently installed XP Pro 64-bit Trial version and am wondering if
it is possible to upgrade the trial version to the full version w/o re-
installing the whole OS. If yes, how is this done? Boot from the
full version CD or is does the full CD's autorun know to just upgrade
the license via new serial#?
