xp administrator

how do you log in as the windows xp administrator, i am
trying to uninstall norton internet security and i cant
because when i log in as the only user which sopposedly
has administrator acces it always askes me to log in as
the admin, so how can i log in as the admin?

Make sure the default profile has admin rights
look in contol panel/user accounts: change user type.

should be Administator, not limited.

or reboot into safe mode(f8 at start)
sign in as the administrator
uninstall from there

On welcome screen press CTRL-ALT-DEL TWICE, you get the Windows 2000
Logon-screen.
Type name=administrator & password
