XP Disappeared

Last night I left my computer on which is what I've been
doing for the last 3 years, and when I woke up this
morning XP Pro was gone. When I try to start up I get
the 98 boot menu because that is what I upgraded from
when I installed XP, but I erased all of the files from
the upgrade. I can't even get the command prompt to work
with dos commands nor can I seem to do anything. I guess
I am just wondering what caused this and what I can do to
fix it.
