xp home upgrade new harddrive must i re ins win98 first

im getting a larger harddrive
my question is this
im currently using win xp home upgrade
when i get the new drive do i need to
start by installing windows 98 ,or can i just use the
windows xp disk from new?

Hi, Dan.

No, don't install Win98. Just have the qualifying Win98 CD handy and "show
it" to WinXP Setup when it asks for proof.
