XP Pro "Blue Screen"

A user on a new Windows XP workstation
intermittently "blue screens" when she attempts to print
to a Panasonic KXP-7195 printer using the latest driver.
I've checked all the settings I can think of, and all
seems okay. What's up? Thanks.
