XP Pro no longer recognizes CD drives

I have been running XP Pro since release with no
problems. I booted my computer now and XP no longer
recognizes my CD drives. I have two drives one is a CD-
R. This has never been a problem before.

I installed both drives in a different computer and found
that both worked just fine. That is why I beleive this
is a software issue.

Please email me with any help.
