sent by Microsoft, then check your program. Yu're
probabbly on Windows NT$ 2000 build and not able to get
to XP 100% I have the same trouble. I have removed some
of the download parts which enabled me to download
somethings from Microsoft, but not all. I emailed them,
so we'll see what happens! For some stupid reason they
combined them!!!
