XP System problems Please HELP

I have installed on my computer Norton Antivirus which I
have set it on live update. This morning I notice the I no
longer have access to (system restore,add user,search or
find on my pc) My system admin also has the same config.My
computer is virus and worm as per norton. How do I fix this
problem.

If you can first uninstall Norton from Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs.
Then try System Restore from a Command
