XPSP2 RC2 Event ID 10016

After I installed SP2 RC2 , Event ID 10016 source DCOM has been flooding my
System Event View w/ the following information:

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation
permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{05D1D5D8-18D1-4B83-85ED-A0F99D53C885}

to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18). This security permission can
be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

What do I do???

Did you try to go to the COM Services folder and altering permissions for
the service?
