| your message is very hard to read. I can't tell whether the ipconfig below is yours or someone else's. Have you upgraded the firmware on your router? Which hardware version, model, firmware version is your router? have you tried disabling ipV6? Have you tried this fix: http://support.microsoft.com/default...b/928233/en-us ? | First, you need to make sure you enable DHCP on router/DHCP server. If you use wired connection, then might try to change the network cable. Ensure network adapter driver is installed correctly also. Ping 127.0.0.1, should get reply if the network adapter is working well. Hope helps.. ![]() picoHat http://www.home-network-help.com | Guest

| 1. Click on Start button. 2. Type Cmd in the Start Search text box. 3. Press Ctrl-Shift-Enter keyboard shortcut to run Command Prompt as Administrator. Allow the elevation request. 4. Type netsh int ip reset in the cmd windowsl, and then press the Enter key. 5. Restart the computer. Also, please reset your router to factory defaults (there is usually a reset button or hole you hold in). Reboot the computer. Power cycle the router. Does anything change?
