I-mate has announced a new 810-F rugged smartphone that is packed with the power of Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional. This smartphone is poised to be launched at the Mobile World Congress this year. By the word rugges, we mean that the quality of material and overall built of the phone is remarkable.

It’s a QWERTY smartphone that runs on Windows Mobile 6.1. The features in this phone are like: touchscreen display, 2-megapixel camera, WiFI, GPS, Bluetooth, GSM and HSDPA connectivity. They mobile manufacturer believes that its build is almost indestructible and they’ll be selling the 810-F with a lifetime warranty attached to it. Pretty confident if you ask me.

The new i-mate phone is water and shock proof and can withstand humidity, pressure and temperatures as cold as -10 degrees Celsius or as hot as 60. Of course, the device meets all necessary U.S. military standards, so it might go with you to the moon and back and still be able to send a text message.
