AT&T and LG have announced the new LG Neon, an affordable touchscreen slider phone likely to get popular. The low-cost device has a 2.4-inch touchscreen, full-QWERTY keyboard, and a 2-megapixel camera.
It also has Bluetooth support and a microSD card slot for expanded memory. This tri-band GSM device has GPRS support, lacking 3G data connectivity, unlike its more expensive counterpart, the LG Xenon, also announced today.
Pricing and availability for the LG Neon are not yet available.
