There are rumors growing about Digg.com, they might get sold to News Corp., or maybe they are in acquisition talks. Web2.0 is nearing to close out and all big parties have made an attempt tp own such popular web2.0 innovations, For example purchase of MySpace and Googles buyout of YouTube.

It is likely, that we will see more such acquistions but now there are  few contenders left to be bought and the big names are on the look out to buy them.

If Rumors are to be believed,Digg is asking a minimum of $125 million according to Mike Arrington, who has all such possible news before hand.
