Nokia’s first touch-screen mobile phone Nokia 5800 XpressMusic is creating a lot of buzz since its launch earlier this month. We were expecting Nokia to come up with a touch screen variety, because Samsung, LG and other mobile makers have already launched or in the process of launching touch-screens to counteract against the threat called iPhone. The latest HTC alliance with Google’s Android to launch G1 or HTC Touch was also a move to create reverberations in the market that iPhone is not the only ‘innovation’ out there.

Nokia is no longer holding back, while they preferred sticking to their business-friendly E- and N-series handsets, they have come up with Nokia 5800 Xpress Music Tube Handset, which is by all means a great phone by them this year. It’s still some time before you can lay your hands on this beauty but it is expected to reach Nokia stores this Christams in some markets. Behold it.
