Nokia has launched Nokia 6700 Classic and 6303 Classic in India. The two mobiles had been launched in Europe earlier but they have now reached the Indian shores. Nokia 6700 Classic is a 5 megapixel camera phone with autofocus and integrated flash and dedicated camera key. It has been priced at Rs 14,000/- and it certainly sounds like music to my ears because there are hardly any other 5 megapixel handsets in that price range.
Nokia 6700 Classic will have an internal memory of 170 MB but you can expand it upto 16 GB. It will have a 1GB card pre-installed with your device though. Coming to some data transfer stuff, it has 3G, GPRS, EDGE, Bluetooth and USB. The only disappointment here is the lack of WLAN which is quite a dampener for me at least. The Nokia 6700 features the innovative uplink noise cancellation (UNC) that blocks out background noises. The Nokia 6700 Classic is available in Chrome and black color.
Nokia 6303 Classic on the other hand is priced at Rs 8000/- falls in the category of lower-mid-range segment. The device features a 3.2 megapixel camera with 8x digital zoom. It has an internal memory of 17 MB which can be expanded upto 4GB. The device is available in steel and matt black.
