Nokia India is coming out with a a challenge to market its gen-next N series phone N78 which we also reviewed on realgeek sometime back. It is being called Nokia NSeries Fusions Challenge and it seems like a reality show where you are supposed to create teams in order to participate. The teams will then have to create a social buzz around themselves to get maximum supporters for their team. The challenge has three stages and you can read more about them it at their blog while you will have to sign up to participate in this game.

Nokia wants to market it latest Nokia N78 with this challenge and the winning team members will get to have this cool gadget. There are many new features in N78 which we discussed in our blog and I particularly like the integrated radio thing which allows you to listen to radio stations without having to plug in headphone. The Sports Tracker feature is a GPS-based activity tracker that helps people to track their daily exercise and maintains a training diary which many users would love and not just fitness freaks. Information such as speed, distance and time are automatically stored in your training diary, and you can share your workouts and routes using Nokia’s website. Another thing I like is what we call geo-tagging where you can essentially put location of the images you have captured with your camera phone.
I am not particularly sure whether I can win if I participate in this challenge but I could exchange my girlfriend to get this very cool phone.
Disclosure: I don’t have any girlfriend.

everything is moving into this pervasive internet platform, be it networking, selling a product, an idea or simply recommending something..
hopes are high on what nokia delivers on OVi considering the restrictive mobile exp that exist today due to bandwidth and other issues. interesting thought for a contest… great for n78 too, but navigation as a whole a bit premature for india. only time will tell
