It would comes as a pleasant surprise to those small number of Nokia Ovi users. Nokia Ovi Files, a service that lets the Ovi users to store files. The Ovi Files is now free and its users can now store upto 10 GB of data in the cloud for zilch. Earlier the users had to pay $80 a year for a 10GB data storage.
The sanity has finally prevailed because the users were exploited with similar services that provided storage in cloud for free. Nokia also had the challenge to make its Ovi Store particularly popular among its users. Nokia has a huge task to replicate the success of iPhone Apps Store and it hopes to do that with Ovi Store.
Overall we believe this is a nice development as it will provide a reason for the new users to at least try the service while its existing users would be interested to know that Nokia will refund the money of its paid users who had signed up recently.
