Panasonic BluRay promoted in 1080p Package

Panasonic is taking a decisive lead with ‘Blu-ray’ player will now be bundled as part of a 1080p promotional package with upcoming plasma screens and digital amplifiers coming September, rather than promoting the unit for a standalone purchase.

The brand’s Blu-ray “entertainment package” will comprise its debut DMP-BD10 Blu-ray player see below

$1,300 if you really want to go it alone, 100w x 7 SA-XR700 HDMI receiver and a 5.1-channel surround sound SB-TP1000 speaker package.

This will be sold along with the company’s 65-inch 1080p plasma screen. The company hasn’t yet decided on an all in one package price.
“Panasonic is making a meaningful transition away from offering stand-alone home entertainment products and toward providing complete home entertainment solutions,” proclaimed John Iacoviello, Panasonic product and marketing senior VP, in announcing the approach.
Panasonic sells well, Few marketing strategies will only add towards wonder sales.
