Samsung has announced new set of mobiles that feature touchscreens . The Samsung F490 is a complete touchscreen based mobile handset. It has a large TFT display.

The Samsung F490 by its design looks pretty much like the Samsung F700. It has a slim profile and comes with a 5 megapixel camera and haptic touch feedback. It has no keyboard and flip cover.

It has the 3.2-inch touch sensitive TFT display screen with a resolution of 240 x 432 pixels. The Samsung F490 will be released into market in early 2008 and it is likely to be priced around USD 600.Looks like 2008, has more touchscreen mobiles coming in, iphone started it all
