Stumbleupon happens to be the only toolbar I use and I regret my hatred towards toolbars earlier which kept me away from Stumbleupon for so long. It is my favorite social media tool and I see stumbleupon on the pinnacle of Web 2.0 in few years. Its one application that no blogger or a social media enthusiast can dare to avoid. Sadly Stumbleupon is not available on Safari and Opera because these browsers do not support the core functionality of stumbleupon. Still there are few ways to use this lovable toolbar on Safari and Opera.

Opera Stumbler is an unofficial stumbleupon application for Opera created by Crucial webhosting. Opera Stumbler is not a toolbar but a mere menu option on the top of Opera which misses dearly in giving the browsing experience felt in the official version.
You need an existing stumbleupon account, ID and password in order to download the so called Opera stumbler toolbar. The installation is fairly quick and it hardly takes a minute to start stumbling. I used it for some time and I think it can be used only and only if you are not willing to leave Opera.
Stumbli is the stumbleupon work-alike for Safari and it also makes one menu option on the navigation toolbarlike the Opera stumbler. It also gives you the same option and the whole stumbling experinece which is another way of saying that it also lacks somewher. The most difficulat part is the installation of stumli because you also need to install SIMBL which unfortunately costs 2 $ after 100 stumbles.
Both the above mentioned tools add just a part of what stumbleupon is all about and you should use Mozilla Firefox to realize the power and joys of stumbleupon.
