There are rumors in the blogosphere that Microsoft will also launch its own mobile phone to take on the Apple iPhone. These are obviously rumors and there is no word from Microsoft regarding that but a designer by the name of Adam Huffman has created a concept Zune phone. This phone defimitely looks awesome and it would be great if Microsoft actually think about creating a Zune Phone and take some inspiration from this Huffman’s creation.
This Zune concept has a 5 megapixel camera and touch display while it is pretty slim.

Indian mobile maker Spice has launched a new music phone which is being called Spice S-820. Spice has tried to incorporate decent multimedia capabilities into this one. S820 has an inbuilt FM tuner with Yamaha audio amplifier for clear 3D surround sound. Other than that it has a 1.3 megapixel camera which is definitely not what many people aspire for in the times of 8 megapixel behemoths, but it can be given considering the steep pricing given to this one.

I am sure that it has happened to all of you that you kept your mobile phone at some place in your room (under dirty clothes, in pizza box, in the pockets of jeans) and now you can not find it. The wise thing at this time is to call your number in an anticipation that you will get to your phone following the ringtone of your cell phone.

This is easier said than done because most households don’t have a landline. You can however use this site called phonemyphone which has been designed to address the very same trouble.

The Samsung i8510 INNOV8 runs on the Symbian S60 OS. The phone has plenty of soft keys and dedicated media buttons, as well as an optical mouse that also acts as center button.

Their Gigaset Eco Visions Leaf and Solar phones will be made from recycled materials while the Sun’s energy will get them the juice they need to properly function. Sony Ericsson has launched a limited edition C902 cellphone which will be used by Daniel Craig in the soon to be released James Bond flick called Quantum of Solace.



Sony Ericsson did the similar kind of marketing in the previous James Bond films as well. The phone will be available for limited time so you better be ready if it hits mobile store near you. Sony Ericsson C902 will be loaded with following goodies as mentioned in the Sony Ericsson website. (more…)

Samsung has launched its answer to iPhone called TouchWiz in India. It is Samsung’s latest full touch screen phone and the timing of is quite interesting here because Apple iPhone is about to be launched in few weeks by Airtel and Vodafone in the Indian markets as well.

The Samsung TouchWiz F480 is the first phone in the series of touch screen based phones that Samsung will launch this year.
Samsung F480 has completely new user interface and the company is specifically trumpeting the ‘copy and paste’ functionality that it has and iPhone lacks.

Blackberry Kickstart the first RIM clamshell handset is coming soon on T-Mobile for $49.99 with a 2 year contract.
Recently Crackberry website spread news about the new Blackberry Kickstart. According to the widespread rumors on the web, this is supposedly the most inexpensive Blackberry smartphones on the market.
Probably this is going to be saving some of the T-Mobile users who are thinking of switching to the iPhone 3G.

Motorola ZN200 is the new slider phone that has a 2.2-inch display with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels it has a slide-out alphanumerical keypad with a navigation button. Motorola ZN200 works on dual-band connectivity GSM (850/1900 MHz).
It also supports EDGE, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, music player with MP3, WAV and MIDI support, media library, it has a compatibility with Windows Media Player 11.
This also includes FM radio, 2.0 megapixel camera with video capture, photo album and editor, Web browser, e-mail, USB and microSD card slot for memory to 2 GB.
Price is not known yet, but will update you guys as soon we find out.

Checkout the new GPS enabled smartphone from Samsung. Samsung i740 is not a very basic mobile device, it can be used for push email. This phone is not made for the professionals, it do not have QWERTY keypad.
Samsung i740 is a quad-band GSM/GPRS phone that do not have no 3G support or even EDGE and also do not support Wi-Fi. which is Bad
