This nice application visually enhances Windows XP to look Windows Vista. You can download Vista Transformation Pack for free and it is fairly easy to install. This application transforms most of the UI elements in Windows to a Vista look. If you have a previous version of VTP installed, Vista Transformation Pack 5.5 will allow you to easily upgrade without uninstalling previous version. You can also integrate Vista Transformation Pack to into Windows setup files.

Boot screen

Welcome Screen / Logon Screen

New msstyles files (visual styles)

New desktop and file icons

New toolbar icons

Progress Dialogs

Sounds scheme

System Tray icons

New Wallpapers

Windows Media Player Skins

And much more

There are a few visual styles that are available in display properties and you can switch to the one you like. The installation is smooth but modifies several system files & icons. It will also give you a warning during the install process, so you must make backups before installing VTP.
