T-Mobile is going to release the Samsung T919 Tocco or Roxy in US. Samsung features rich touchscreen- TouchWiz. The Samsung T919 Tocco is a modified version of Samsung’s F480/TouchWiz F488.
It features 5 Megapixel camera, 3G support, Bluetooth, GPS and a 2.8-inch full touchscreen. However, the American version will lose its front camera. Other specs include GPS with voice command, streaming video support, video ringtone support, touchscreen, MicroSDHC and e-mail functionality.
Samsung knows what it is pitted against when it comes to mobile phones. Samsung has ambitious plans to make further penetration in the mobile phone segment dominated by the likes of Motorola, Nokia and Sony Ericsson. Samsung is also the official sponsor at Olympic 2008 and thus it is probably the best time for it to leave some mark. Samsung i8510 INNOV8
Samsung i8510 (INNOV8) is a 8 megapixel cameraphone which will take on the competition from camera phone manufacturers as well as other mobile phone makers. The phone has everything that a mid range digital camera has. Other features include a built in handsfree , Built-in GPS receiver,FM Radio and TV out functionality. Connectivity has been taken care of with Bluetooth v2.0 A2DP, GPRS 32-48 Kbps ,WiFi and HSDPA.

Green is the new red and Smasung is definitely up for it with its launch of a green mobile phone which is made from bioplastics. Samsung unveiled E200 Eco at the OR@S (Olympic Rendezvous @ Samsung) in Beijing. E200 Eco has its case made of chemicals extracted from the corn. Biosplastics are just like the ordinary plastic we use everyday but they are derived from renewable sources instead of petroleum.
Samsung Access (A827) Mobile TV is especially released for AT&T, the Samsung Access is going to be the first device to offer AT&T Mobile TV, delivering full-length television content and sporting events from top networks, including programming from leading entertainment brands CBS Mobile, Comedy Central, ESPN Mobile TV, FOX Mobile, MTV, NBC 2GO, NBC News2Go and Nickelodeon.
Samsung Access also features advanced multimedia capabilities such as a camera, external stereo speakers, stereo Bluetooth, AT&T Music and AT&T Video.
Samsung has recently announced about a simple QWERTY phone called the Messager SCH-R450. It pretty much looks like the Samsung R410 and it is likely to have improved features and larger size.
It has a side-slider full hardware keyboard. On its front are a 2.1” 176 by 220 pixels screen and a numeric keypad.
Messager is designed as an easy to use phone for text messages, email and instant messengers. It also has a 1.3-megapixel camera, Stereo Bluetooth and headset jack, microSD slot for memory and support for CDMA AWS band.
Samsung has released its flagship phones for the upcoming Beijing 2008 Olympics. The limited edition phones, being marketted as ‘Samsung Soul of olympics edition’, are the latest additions in the ultra line of thin profile feature phones & probably the last additions by the company in this segment.
The sleek metal casing of ‘Soul’ is packed with a lot of attractive high-tech goodies which really deserve to stand on top among other variants, specially in the olympic oriented environment.
Samsung has also launched an 8 megapixel camera phone titled Samsung i8510 and the move was fairly obvious after Sony Ericsson launched C905i. It is one of the first cellphone from Samsung which sports four digit name . The company will only launch all the new models with this numerical naming pattern. Samsung i8510 is a S60 powered GSM phone which supports high speed 3G (thank god!), Wi-Fi and a built in GPS receiver.
The slider phone is pretty slim too with just 17.2 mm which means that it wont cause a bump in your pocket. The phone has an internal storage of 16 GB which can be expanded up to 24 GB with micro SD card. The company has given full support to its 8 megapixel camera by providing autofocus, image stabilization, face, smile, and blink detection with panoramic photos and geotagging. It also has a FM receiver which companies don’t really offer a lot. The price of the phone is not known yet.
Samsung is also going release a new GPS integrated camera phone called Samsung i8510. This amazing handset from Samsung will also have an 8 Mega pixel camera.
