Virgin Mobile has launched UTStarcom Arc. It is a new entry level handset, for the prepaid users. The Arc, looks stylish  and features Bluetooth connectivity.

It has a poor VGA camera, speakerphone capability and an external and internal displays. The phone is priced at $49.99.
